Baked Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or pick-up with the following:

Your order number or receipt

A clear description of the issue

A photo of the product, if applicable
We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion based on the situation.
We do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Products not picked up on time

Slight variations in decoration or design (all items are handmade)
Store Pick-Up
If you are unable to pick up your order at the agreed time, please notify us as soon as possible. We hold pick-up orders for up to 24 hours unless otherwise arranged. After this period, we cannot guarantee product quality or offer refunds.
Refunds or credits for store pick-up orders may be issued only in the following cases:

We made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, missing item)

The order was not ready at the confirmed pick-up time
