We take great care to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Shipping Days

All postage orders are shipped out every Wednesday.

Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 12 PM to be included in the current week’s shipment.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Courier Information

We currently ship exclusively via DHL.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary based on location but generally range from 1–3 business days.
Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

If your location is not serviceable by DHL, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a full refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the courier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned, re-delivery fees may apply.

We are not liable for delays caused by DHL, weather, or other factors beyond our control once the package has left our premises.

Someone should be available to receive the parcel to avoid prolonged exposure to heat or weather, which can affect the quality of baked goods.
