CANCELLATION & CHANGES
All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
However, we offer flexible options:
✔ Date Reschedule
You may reschedule your event to a new date within 1 year from the original booking date (subject to availability).
✔ Credit / Product Exchange
You may convert your booking into store credit and use it for any of our products (including brownies) of equal value.
RESCHEDULING TERMS
Requests must be made at least 14 days before the event date
New date is subject to availability
Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
